JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Automotive Service Technicians perform quick, light vehicle repairs within automotive storage yards to help prepare vehicles before shipment. Daily work may include battery changes, vehicle software flashing, light bulb replacements, basic diagnostics, and completing OEM service actions on new vehicles. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working around vehicles and wants hands-on automotive experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and able to follow repair procedures and quality standards.
Automotive Repair Technicians perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements on new vehicles before they are released for the next stage of operation. Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, engine and transmission repairs, axle and cooling system repairs, harness installation, paint rework, body panel and bumper replacement, PHEV/high-voltage repairs, and other technical repair work. This position is ideal for experienced automotive technicians who enjoy solving complex mechanical and electrical issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Car Porters/Drivers support daily vehicle yard operations by receiving, scanning, staging, and organizing vehicles in a fast paced environment. This role helps ensure vehicles move safely and efficiently through the operation while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Candidates should be dependable, adaptable, comfortable working outdoors, and able to work collaboratively with the team.
Vehicle Damage Inspectors inspect brand-new OEM vehicles for damage and quality concerns. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced vehicle storage yard. Inspect new vehicles for dents, dings, scratches, chips, paint defects, stains, contamination, and other visible damage. Accurately document damage, VINs, and required vehicle information. Follow established APT, customer, and OEM inspection standards. Use handheld scanners, tablets, and inspection systems. Safely drive, move, and park vehicles as needed.
Assist with vehicle staging, inventory, and inbound/outbound operations. Maintain accurate inspection records and report significant quality concerns.
Follow all company and facility safety procedures.
Qualifications
Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
Dependable with reliable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and enter/exit vehicles throughout the shift.
Ability to safely operate cars, trucks, and SUVs.
Basic technology and communication skills.
